consistency (timer) - 3x 1:30
endurance (time) - 2:33 in 5:23
endurance (count) - 23 reps in 2:13
endurance (amount) - 15x10kg
stretch (count) - 4x 10 reps
practise (time) - 5:13
create your own sets and routines. sets are multiple exercises you run through multiple times. routines are sequences of exercises or sets. exercise started from a routine or set have a 'next exercise' button.
